Terms & Conditions – All Maid Sewa

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.allmaidsewa.com (the “Website”) and the services provided by All Maid Sewa (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our Website or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies published on the Website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Overview

(a) All Maid Sewa provides a service platform that connects customers (“Users”) with independent domestic helpers (“Helpers”) such as:

  • House Maids

  • Cooks / Chefs

  • Babysitters

  • Japa Maids

  • Elderly / Patient Caregivers

  • Cleaners

  • Drivers

  • Office Boys

(b) All Maid Sewa does not employ Helpers. Helpers are independent individuals and are not employees, agents, or partners of All Maid Sewa.

(c) Our role is limited to facilitating introductions, profile sharing, coordination, and support services.

(d) Helper services are governed by a direct understanding between the User and the Helper.

2. Service Availability

  • Services are currently available only within Rajasthan, India.

  • Services are for personal and domestic use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Availability depends on location, Helper skills, and demand.

3. Account & Eligibility

(a) Users must be 18 years or older to book services.
(b) You must provide accurate details including address, contact number, and service requirements.
(c) You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account details.
(d) All Maid Sewa is not responsible for unauthorized account access.

4. Communication Consent

By submitting a form or booking services, you consent to receive:

  • Calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS, or emails

  • Service-related and promotional communication
    Communication may be sent via third-party platforms.

5. Helper Verification

Where available and feasible, we may assist with:

  • ID verification (Aadhaar or other ID)

  • Basic background checks

  • Skill assessment (if required)

⚠️ Verification depends on records provided and is not guaranteed.

6. Bookings & Payments

(a) Services are offered on part-time, full-time, or live-in (24×7) basis.
(b) Payments may include:

  • Registration / Booking Fee

  • Service / Subscription Fee

  • Helper Salary (paid directly to Helper unless otherwise agreed)

(c) Fees are communicated before confirmation.
(d) Payments once made are non-refundable, except as stated in the Refund & Replacement Policy.

7. Replacement & Refund Policy

(a) Replacement support is provided as per your selected service plan.
(b) Replacement is applicable only for valid reasons such as:

  • Helper discontinuation

  • Performance issues

  • Behavioral concerns

(c) Discriminatory reasons (religion, caste, gender, etc.) are not accepted.

(d) Refunds, if applicable, are calculated on:

  • Pro-rata usage basis

  • Number of replacements used
    (whichever is lower)

(e) Administrative or cancellation charges may apply.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Treat Helpers with dignity, respect, and fairness

  • Provide a safe working environment

  • Not abuse, harass, or mistreat Helpers

  • Report issues within 48 hours

Food and basic courtesy must be provided during long working hours.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • Engage Helpers directly outside All Maid Sewa during service tenure

  • Solicit Helpers to leave the platform

  • Use services for illegal or unethical purposes

  • Share false, misleading, or defamatory information

Violation may result in service termination and legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, and materials belong to All Maid Sewa.
Unauthorized copying, reuse, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Disclaimers

  • Services are provided on an “as-is” basis.

  • We do not guarantee Helper performance or outcomes.

  • All Maid Sewa is not liable for loss, damage, theft, injury, or disputes involving Helpers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Maid Sewa shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Helper actions or omissions

  • Service interruptions

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Maid Sewa from claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your misuse of services

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Disputes with Helpers

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Payments are unpaid

  • Legal or safety concerns arise

You may discontinue services by notifying us.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by Indian law.

  • Courts of Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

  • Disputes may be resolved through arbitration as per Indian law.
